The sustainable management of natural resources is an important social concern. Although many people generally agree with sustainable management, practitioners from hunting, forestry and agriculture are regularly confronted with criticism and resistance in concrete practice. We offer interest groups and practitioners from hunting, forestry and agricultural support when it comes to promoting acceptance and cooperating with the sustainable use of natural resources.
When it comes to multi-layered interests, we help with studies / plans / analyzes on the ecological, economic and social starting situation as well as possible conflicts of interest and cooperation opportunities. Where the initial situation and impacts are known, we can help by developing communication strategies and plan or communicate external communication. If the project is of interest to a broad public, we can plan and implement public participation procedures. Where conflicts have already been developed, we help with mediation and conflict resolution to find a common solution.
We help to communicate knowledge to target groups and to achieve a change in behavior among members or partners of the interest groups. Where internal co-operation is to be strengthened, we can help by moderating creative processes, communicating internally, and training employees.
We only offer complete project management for projects that combine aspects of sustainable land use with nature and species protection, communal initiatives or conservation biodiversity. We want to ensure that our many years of experience are used optimally.
