- Project management, fundraising, conception of a company company and integration of professional advisory council, sponsors and stakeholders for the construction of the Nature Information Center “Bergwelt Karwendel” – commissioned by the market Mittenwald, Germany;
The Bergwelt Karwendel is the highest environmental information centre in Germany – on an elevation of 2244 m above sea level- and has won a CIPRA award for exemplary cooperation between nature conservation and tourism. - Project management for the development of the first transnational management plan for brown bears in Austria, on behalf of the Federal Ministry of the Environment and the Provincial Governments of Styria, Carinthia, Upper and Lower Austria, funded by the Life Program of the EU;
- Project management, including the conceptual design, coordination and evaluation of the two-week event series Ammergauer Hirschtage. In cooperation with VAUNA e.V., sponsored by Tourismus Oberammergau and the German Wildtier Foundation.
